Request Account Deletion
You can request the deletion of your StationHQ account and all associated data at any time. We will process your request within 30 days.
How to Request
Send an email to Admin@JDXStudio.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your StationHQ account.
What Gets Deleted
- Your profile — name, email address, photo, and rank
- Your department membership record
- Your chat messages
- Your dues and payment records
- Your calendar RSVPs and event data
What May Be Retained
- Activity log entries Department record-keeping
Timeline
Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
